Reservations, Shipping, Delivery, & Insurance FAQ

Here are the answers to common questions regarding shipping and delivery.  If you have a question that isn't covered here, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help answer your questions!

When will my equipment arrive?

 

Once you have reserved your equipment, we will let you know when the equipment will be arriving. If the equipment is shipped with regular ground service, the package can arrive any time  between the hours of 9 A.M. - 7 P.M.

My shipment is late.  What do I do?



If you have not received the equipment at the day that you requested. Give us a call at (800) 676-7976 immediately. In most cases the equipment arrives the next business day.

I'm done with the equipment.  How do I ship it back?

 

Once you are completely through with the equipment, it is crucial that you give us a call at (800) 676-7976 and tell us that you are done with the equipment so we can stop the charges. If you are planning to ship it independantly, make sure to call us back to inform us with the tracking number. However, if you do not plan to ship it independantly, we can schedule a UPS Residential pick-up at your convenience..

How do I put the equipment back in the box?

 

If you have the chair with the black frame, make sure the seat pin is at the hole 3rd from the bottom. Make sure to check all items in the check list as you are putting them back in the box. Make sure the box is taped shut by using strong adhesive tape. If there are any holes in the box, tape them shut.

I forgot to send something back.  What do I do?

 

If you have forgotten to ship an item back to us, call us at (800) 676-7976 to let us know you are aware that the item is missing and ship it independently. (Note: You are responsible for all return costs, including the forgotten item.)

How do I track the shipment coming to me?

 

1) Give us a call at (800) 676-7976 and ask for your tracking number.
2) We will give you the tracking number along with the company's name and phone number to track.
3) Call the company or visit the company's website to track the shipment.

How do I track the shipment going back to Vitrectomy.com?

 

Once you give the carrier the box, they will give you an invoice with the tracking number. Visit the company's website or call them to track the shipment.

I didn't get a tracking number.  What do I do?

 

If you have not received a tracking number, or if you feel that the tracking number is incorrect, call us at (800) 676-7976 and we will gladly assist you with your tracking information.
