How to Use the Face-Down Support System

In Bed

The most comfortable way to sleep face-down after vitrectomy, retinal detachment, or macular hole surgery. Setup is fast and simple — slide the support system between the box spring and mattress, then make a few quick adjustments to fit your bed.

You can also position the included 2-way mirror on top of the arm rest shelf and angle it toward your TV, so you can watch television comfortably while lying face-down.

At a Table or Desk

The face-down support system also works on top of a table or desk — great for sitting with family while still following your face-down recovery instructions. Use it for reading, writing, eating, socializing, watching television, or playing cards and board games.
