The adjustable chair supports the upper body and head while the user follows the face-down positioning instructions provided by their surgeon. Its knee supports can be removed when appropriate, and the chair folds for storage or transportation.
The portable support system can be positioned at a table or desk using your own chair, beside a bed when appropriate, or while seated in a car. A zippered carrying case is included. Table and additional household furniture are not included.
The included cushion provides an additional cushion-based positioning option. Use it only in the manner and for the duration directed by your surgeon.
The included mirror can help you see forward and around the room while remaining face-down. Adjust its angle after the selected support equipment is positioned.
The included disposable covers provide a clean layer between the user and the face cushion. Replace them as needed during the rental period.
A prepaid return label and return instructions will be emailed near the end of your rental. The label is not packed inside the shipping box. Keep the original shipping box and packing materials so the equipment can be returned safely.
