Seated chair and tabletop/bedside support
Package #3 combines the adjustable seated support chair with the tabletop/bedside face-down support system for patients who need more than one positioning setup.
Best for:
Patients who need a dedicated chair for daytime positioning plus a separate tabletop or bedside face-down support system.
Important: Package #3 includes both primary support systems but does not include the separate face-down cushion found in Package #4.

The adjustable chair supports the upper body and head while the user follows the face-down positioning instructions provided by their surgeon. It can be used during common seated activities, and its knee supports can be removed when appropriate.
The separate support system can be positioned at a table or desk using your own chair. It can also be positioned at the bedside when appropriate. Table and additional household furniture are not included.
The included mirror can help you see forward and around the room while remaining face-down. Its angle can be adjusted after the selected support equipment is positioned.
The included disposable covers provide a clean layer between the user and the face cushion. Replace them as needed during the rental period.
Return instructions and a return label will be sent by email. Keep the original shipping box and packing materials so the equipment can be returned safely.
