Shipping & returns

We ship face-down recovery equipment nationwide. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, and next-day options may be available when timing allows.

Rental returns are simple. A prepaid return label is included with rental equipment, so patients can return the equipment when their rental period is complete.
