We ship face-down recovery equipment nationwide. Available delivery methods, charges, and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout. Patients with upcoming surgery should order online first, then contact us with their order number if they need help reviewing timing.
Rental returns are simple. We email the prepaid return label and instructions near the end of the rental. The label is not packed inside the shipping box.
