REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Purchased Equipment — Final Sale
Because purchased items are personal-use recovery and positioning equipment associated with post-surgical care, all purchased equipment is final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds because of hygiene, sanitation, quality-control, and patient-safety considerations. Returned recovery equipment is not resold as new.
Rental Orders
Rental equipment is reserved, and fulfillment begins based on the surgery date provided with the order.
Rental charges are non-refundable if a procedure is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or no longer requires the ordered equipment after the rental order has been placed.
Please contact us promptly if your plans change so we can assist with any scheduling options that may still be available. Providing such assistance does not guarantee a refund or cancellation.
Returning Rental Equipment
Rental equipment must be returned when the selected rental period ends.
A prepaid return label and return instructions will be emailed near the end of the rental period. The return label is not packed inside the original shipping box.
Please keep the original box and packing materials so the equipment can be returned safely.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If an order arrives with an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly at info@vitrectomy.com or 408-628-8500. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
