Tabletop and bedside face-down support
Package #1 provides an adjustable face-down support system that can be positioned at a table, desk, or bedside according to the instructions provided by your surgeon.
Best for:
Patients who need tabletop or bedside face-down support but do not need a dedicated seated support chair.
Important: This package does not include the dedicated seated support chair. If you need both the chair and the tabletop/bedside support system, compare Package #3.

The adjustable support system can be positioned at a table or desk for seated activities using your own chair. It can also be positioned at the bedside when appropriate. Always set up and use the equipment according to the positioning instructions provided by your surgeon.
Note: Table and chair are not included with Package #1.
The included mirror can help you see forward and around the room while remaining face-down. Adjust its angle after the support system and headrest have been positioned.
The included disposable covers provide a clean layer between the user and the face cushion. Replace them as needed during the rental period.
Return instructions and a return label will be sent by email. Keep the original shipping box and packing materials so the equipment can be returned safely.
